Q-Control is a fully configurable online inbound call managment solution for your business. You can configure a welcome message when your customers call you as well as set your in hours and out hours. Calls are routed to your 'in hours' target number using a time and day of week plan, but if the target number is unavailable, it will be queued until it is free. You can change your configuration as many times as you like in real time.
